Children's Policy

Children under 2 years old: A fee of 300,000 VND will apply. Parents are responsible for their child's meals and sleeping arrangements.
Children from 2 to under 6 years old: Pay 100% of the adult airfare. Parents are responsible for their child's meals, sleeping arrangements, and entrance fees (if applicable).
Important Note: A maximum of one child under 6 is allowed per two adults. Any second or subsequent children will be charged at the rate for children aged 6-11.
Children from 6 to 11 years old: The standard rate includes airfare, meals, and sightseeing as per the itinerary, but they will share a bed with a parent.
Children over 11 years old: Adult prices and service standards apply.

Holiday surcharges (e.g., a 3,000 JPY per day surcharge for the tour guide will apply from May 10–11).

Passport information must be provided at least 30 days before the departure date.
Please note that weather conditions may affect the visit to Mount Fuji’s 5th station.
Japanese visa application should be handled well in advance (if your group does not have a visa).
The tour includes a complimentary pick-up service from Kansai Airport (KIX) on the first day.
We highly recommend booking at least 45 days in advance to secure the best prices and services.
